One of my big realizations about marketing is that it is more about working to create the product your customer is looking for then about working to make what you have created into something they want. I think we did a good job of this. As simple as this, is it took me 2,000 miles and meetings with many retailers to realize that sales is very similar. My job is not to make tattoo inspired dinnerware be something that all retailers want, but to find the retailers that are looking for us as much as we are looking for them.

They are out there, and it is so satisfying to find them. We have gotten a ton of emails from people who don’t yet have retailers near them that carry Ink Dish Tableware sets.
